What was the final project? I like that you're getting some people's expressions and faces, but I think these pictures are a bit lacking intimacy. I don't know what you were going for, but they're begging for some stronger moments, honest expression or interaction. Also, if this is a story or essay, try varying your angles and distances to your subjects to give the project some visual variety. I hope I'm helping, I don't think I'm some hotshot or anything, I just am in a mood to pick apart photos tonight...
